We design our jewelry to be worn, not saved for special occasions. Every M•RK piece is backed by a two-year guarantee against manufacturing and workmanship defects from the date of purchase.
If something isn’t right, contact us and we’ll review the piece. If your claim is approved, we’ll repair or replace it whenever possible. If the original style is no longer available, we may offer a comparable replacement or store credit.
Our guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, scratches, natural tarnishing or oxidation, fading or changes to the finish, accidental damage, loss, improper care, damage caused by harsh chemicals, chlorine, saltwater, excessive impact, or third-party repairs or alterations.
Proof of purchase may be required.
