Jewelry Care
Everyday Wear
Our jewelry is made for everyday wear. Occasional contact with water is generally fine, but we recommend limiting prolonged exposure to chlorine, saltwater, and harsh chemicals to preserve its appearance and finish.
Cleaning
Gently wipe your jewelry with a soft, lint-free cloth. When needed, clean with mild soap and lukewarm water, rinse thoroughly, and dry completely before storing. Avoid abrasive cleaners and polishing products that could damage the finish.
316L Stainless Steel & 18K PVD
Our stainless steel pieces are selected for their durability and resistance to corrosion. Our 18K PVD finishes are designed for lasting wear, but avoiding harsh chemicals, abrasive surfaces, and unnecessary friction will help preserve their appearance.
925 Sterling Silver
Sterling silver may naturally tarnish over time due to exposure to air, moisture, and environmental factors. This is a normal characteristic of silver. Use a soft silver polishing cloth on uncoated silver when needed, avoiding abrasive polishing on gold-finished pieces.
Storage
Store jewelry in a clean, dry place, ideally in its M•RK pouch, to minimize scratches and unnecessary exposure to moisture.
Two-Year Guarantee
We design our jewelry to be worn, not saved for special occasions. Every M•RK piece is backed by a two-year guarantee against manufacturing and workmanship defects from the date of purchase.
If something isn’t right, contact us and we’ll review the piece. If your claim is approved, we’ll repair or replace it whenever possible. If the original style is no longer available, we may offer a comparable replacement or store credit.
Our guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, scratches, natural tarnishing or oxidation, fading or changes to the finish, accidental damage, loss, improper care, damage caused by harsh chemicals, chlorine, saltwater, excessive impact, or third-party repairs or alterations.
Proof of purchase may be required.
