Refund policy

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• Unworn and unused
• In its original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

If approved, we will provide return instructions and a prepaid shipping label at no cost to you.
Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages or Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:

• Sale items
• Gift cards

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
To receive a different item, please return the original piece and place a new order once the return is approved.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
